iCal support on my iPod Touch - Finally!

OK, for those of you who don't know this about me, I am a super Apple Computer geek and I pretty much do and buy whatever it is that Steve Jobs tells me to do (and buy). It's worked out pretty well so far and I feel that I have the coolest, most creative, easiest to use and certainly most reliable Computer on the the block. As my iPod is an extension of my computer with all my electronic media on it, I of course had to get the latest version of the iPod called the "iPod Touch". Up to this point, it was merely the coolest iPod ever created with all of my music, pictures, movies, TV shows and podcasts all on one super elegant device. Oh, and did I mention full web browsing via Wi-Fi? It also has this new "Multi-touch" technology that lets you use two fingers (called the "pinch" technique) to zoom in and move your pictures around on screen, which may not sound all that cool, but when you see it in action it really is a one-of-a-kind feature at this point.

OK, ok... you get my point. My iPod is cool. The only problem with it to this point is that it did not have the ability for you to add iCal (Calendar) events on the device itself. You had to use the Mac to add the event and then plug the iPod in to transfer any calendar events over. This was very disappointing and for a moment, I actually considered not getting one of these. Well, I'm thrilled to report that as of today's new firmware update, I can now add iCal items on my iPod, which means that in additional to being the greatest iPod ever created (not counting the iPhone), it is also the coolest PDA on the planet!

And he lived happily ever after.

Okaaaaayyyyy, I'm not even sure what to make of this one:

This is what I saw in the parking lot of one of my customers today. I'm not going to say which customer it was, but I now fear for my safety and the safety of the public in general if nuts like these are responsible for the safety and administration of our public utilities!
